Co-author Don Donnelly used his skills to help people have a way to manage their important papers. Don & wife Nora conducted research with families to identify the paperwork we all have at home - papers regarding our personal and financial matters, education, employment, children, pets, religious records, and so on. They then created a simple filing system to organize it - The Home Filing SystemTM.
Then, through their research with professionals like doctors, business owners, CPAs, attorneys, and others, the Donnelly's were able to identify the common paperwork in a business office and soon offered a system to help business owners and doctors organize their papers at the office - The Business Filing SystemTM.
